The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They diffused an unpleasant situation with a taxi driver and settled my fare, allowing me to check in smoothly. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with modern and clean rooms that had everything I needed. The location was pretty close to all the restaurants and easily accessible to the city centre via transport links. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, offering a variety of options including local pastries. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff were the best aspects of my stay.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Its location is very convenient, walking distance from all metro lines. The staff is friendly, helpful, and committed to their customer service. The room was spacious and very clean, with pleasing soundproofing. The breakfast buffet had a varied choice of cold and hot dishes, including traditional Portuguese sweets and bread.

The Lumen Room had the best lighting, friendly staff, comfortable beds, and everything we needed in the room. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the balcony offered a great view of the light show. Walking distance to restaurants.

The automatic activation of the air conditioner when closing the windows was quite bothersome. It would have been better if guests had more control over the temperature in their rooms.

The location is perfect, right in the center of Lisbon. You can easily explore the city and its major sights. the hotel is just a short walk from a metro station, making transportation a breeze.

The view from the room could be better, but the rooms are well soundproofed, so there is no noise disturbance.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The manager and staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. The bathroom amenities smelled amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the views were stunning. The hotel's location right beside Pacific City mall was convenient. I loved lounging by the pool and jacuzzi on PCH and enjoying the beautiful views. The complimentary pedicab rides to the beach with towels and chairs were a nice touch. The hotel also had reliable and fast wifi.
