The staff were really good, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They diffused an unpleasant situation with a taxi driver and settled my fare, allowing me to check in smoothly. The hotel facilities were great, with modern and clean rooms that had everything I needed. The location was pretty close to all the restaurants and easily accessible to the city centre via transport links. The hotel was really good in every way. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the entire hotel was everything was super clean. The staff was professional, attentive, and were really good too ensure our satisfaction. The light show in the evening was a beautiful touch that added to the enchantment of the hotel. The location was ideal, with easy access to the metro station and parking. We were also impressed with the fast and reliable WiFi throughout the hotel. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, and we were kinda surprised by the quality and creativity of the restaurant's cuisine. We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Its location is very convenient, walking distance from all metro lines. The staff is friendly, helpful, and committed to their customer service. The room was spacious and very clean, with pleasing soundproofing. The breakfast buffet had a varied choice of cold and hot dishes, including traditional Portuguese sweets and bread.

The Lumen Room had the best lighting, friendly staff, comfortable beds, and everything we needed in the room. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the balcony offered a great view of the light show. Walking distance to restaurants.

The automatic activation of the air conditioner when closing the windows was quite bothersome. It would have been better if guests had more control over the temperature in their rooms.

The location is perfect, right in the center of Lisbon. You can easily explore the city and its major sights. the hotel is just a short walk from a metro station, making transportation a breeze.
The view from the room could be better, but the rooms are well soundproofed, so there is no noise disturbance.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was terrific and the hotel facilities were lovely. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with great views. We enjoyed the convenience of having a cafe, restaurant, and bar by the pool overlooking the ocean. The pool was heated and the hotel provided bikes and electric scooters for guests to use at no extra cost. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shopping just steps away. We loved being able to walk to the beach and pier, and there were lots of shopping opportunities nearby.
